5:30 PM - 7:30 PM	Snowman Pizzas and Snowman Trifle Welcome to Mary's Culinary Classes! Mary has been cooking her whole life. She learned sitting on the counter as a young child, like many Italian children do, watching her mother baking and cooking traditional Italian cuisine. Her repertoire has expanded beyond cooking Italian food as she has spent many years working in the restaurant business. Mary spent many years working with children of all ages and has continued to work with children of all abilities in the New Haven Public School system. Some classes are co-taught by her husband, Gregg. Gregg is an award winning culinary arts and restaurant management teacher who currently teaches at the high school and college level. Both instructors are ServSafe certified. 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM	Valentine Cookie Cake Decorating Kids Class Instructor:  Cherie, a lifelong East Haven resident, is a proud mother of four and owner of Cherie's Sweet Treats.  She also works per diem as an ABAT, supporting children with autism, and has a true passion for with and teaching kids.  Her classes focus on inspiring creativity, building, baking and decorating skills, boosting confidence, and encouraging perseverance-all while having fun while baking.Valentine's Cookie Cake Decoration-Kids Class: Ages 5-16TuesdayFebruary 10th6:00pm-7:30pmHays SchoolLearn how to pipe like a pro and create a delicious masterpiece.  Each student will be able to add an edible image to their cookie cake.Valentine's Day Cupcake Bouquet Decorating-Adult Class: Ages 17 & upThursdayFebruary 12th6:00pm-8:00pmHays SchoolUnleash your creativity!  Adults will build a cupcake bouquet for you or a loved one!!
