A basic tumbling class that focuses entirely on floor acrobatics. It is a structured, progression-based class where students learn the foundational building blocks of gymnastics and cheerleading floor skills. Includes learning somersaults, backbends, cartwheels, handstands and more.
Hip Hop - Ages 7-12 years

An introductory hip-hop dance class that starts with a 10-to-15-minute conditioning routine designed to build stamina and isolate muscle groups followed by a step-by-step instruction of a short, high-energy routine set to current or classic hip-hop tracks.The structure emphasizes building rhythm, coordination, and confidence. You do not need any prior dance experience to attend.
