East Haven Walkers
Come walk with purpose! East Haven Walkers is all about connection, accountability, friendship, and building a healthier you-one step at a time. Walking is one of the most powerful ways to improve your health-supporting heart health, boosting mood, reducing stress, and increasing overall strength and endurance. Even better, it's something we can do together.
This is a free community activity open to all levels, whether you are just getting started or looking to stay consistent. Walks will be instructed by Lisa Murray, a walking enthusiast, encouraging you to move your body, meet new people, and build meaningful connections-one walk at a time.
Walks will start at 8:30am on Saturdays beginning May 9th.
Walks will be held at the JMMS track. Walking distance is determined by the participant.
