Let’s Dance! A Beginner Level Dance Class
Description of Program: We will focus on getting each dancer comfortable and
confident with physical musicality through different genres of dance such as: jazz, musical theater, and contemporary. Participants will also engage in weekly
beginner flexibility training at the beginning of each class to properly warm up. Noprevious dance experience is required! Come learn with us!

Ages: 10-17 years old
Date: Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:00pm
October 14th-December 2nd
Fee:  $70
Location: Hays School: All Purpose Room

Instructor Bio: Callie Fusco will be your dance teacher for this class! Her love fordance started at a very young age and she took dance classes for 15 years at The Dance Connection and Steppin’ Out. She has gone on to become
Choreographer/Assistant Choreographer for Joseph Melillo Middle School Drama
Club (2017-2020), East Haven High School Drama Club (2022-2025), and East
Haven Arts Commission Summer Theater (2017-Present). Callie has worked with kids who have all different skill levels with dance and feels that learning
musicality, and learning to be comfortable with what you’re doing is the
foundation of being a great dancer. She is very excited to teach this class!
