Foxon Recreation Softball Clinics
Winter Work Out
Dates : January 9 to February 13
Fee $25

Ages:
Session 1: Ages  8 thru 12, 6-7:30pm
Session 2: Ages 13 thru 17, 7:30-9pm

Sessions to include:
15 minute blocks of strength and endurance training:
Stretching Drills
Running Drills

15 minute blocks of Skills Training
Throwing Drills with mush balls (to develop proper throwing motion)
Hitting off T with Different Color wiffle balls (to build hand, eye coordination)

3 to 4 instructors running separate Drills for allotted time then Whistle blows to switch to next Drill
