Children’s Yoga class will include learning beginner poses, yoga breathing exercises, yoga games, talking about emotions, and making your light shine! 

Parent and Kids Yoga Class will include learning beginner poses, poses that support each other, stories, breathing exercises, yoga games, and enjoying time together! 

Adult Yoga Class: Relax and release your stress with Hatha style yoga. Yoga for all levels.  Calming music and strengthening movements
